Target Audience
This activity is designed to meet the educational needs of managed care pharmacy directors, registered nurses, clinical pharmacists, quality directors and medical directors.
Statement of Need/Program Overview
Attendees will receive enhanced knowledge and skills regarding evidence-based coverage and reimbursement policies that are based on current clinical practice guidelines for relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma, the evidence for the use of novel agents, and the factors that must be weighed in treatment selection. Additional focus will be on how plans can benefit by leveraging the full potential of multidisciplinary care in the optimal management of relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma.
