Troy Ross leads the Mid-America Coalition on Health Care (MACHC) and its 80+ members and contributors in improving the health of employees and families throughout the community via the group’s unique collaborative model. MACHC is the nation's premiere collaborative model with a multi-stakeholder Board of Directors including employers, hospitals, health plans, physicians, medical groups, manufacturers, universities, public health, governmental units and broker/consultant companies.

Troy also serves on the Board of Directors for the Comprehensive Care Sustainability Collaborative (CCSC), the Osteo-Arthritis Action Alliance (OAAA) and the National Task Force on Low-Value Care with the VBID Health Institute. He recently served on the National Alliance of Healthcare Purchaser Coalitions (formerly NBCH) Board of Governors representing 12,000+ employers and over 45 million covered lives across the country.
