Erin Bostick, PharmD Pharmacy Director Healthy Blue |
Dr. Erin Bostick, PharmD, is an experienced pharmacy leader specializing in managed care and Medicaid pharmacy benefits. She currently serves as a Pharmacy Director at Elevance Health, where she oversees plan benefits and services for Healthy Blue NC, a Medicaid Alliance Plan with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina. In this role, she is responsible for regulatory compliance, pharmacy benefit management, state program implementation, and cost and quality initiatives. Prior to her current position, Dr. Bostick completed an AMCP- and ASHP-accredited PGY1 Managed Care Pharmacy Residency at Anthem, Inc., gaining expertise in government business division clinical programs, Medicaid account management, specialty pharmacy, analytics, and medication therapy management. She also served as a Teaching Assistant at the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy, supporting foundational courses in pharmacotherapy, patient care, and clinical pharmacology.
