Roger Muller, MD, FACEP, is the Market Medical Director, Pacific NW at United Health Group, an Advisory Board member at the University of Washington Centers for Comparative & Health Systems Effectiveness (Chase Alliance), and a member of the Medical Advisory Board at Skipta and Clarity Health. He is the Chief Medical Advisor at WellnessFX, a member of the Board of Directors at United Healthcare of Washington, and a member of the Oregon Health Leadership Council.
Dr. Muller received his BS in Biology and Philosophy from Portland State University, and his MD from the Oregon Health and Science University. He completed his post graduate residency at The Ohio State University Medical Center. Dr. Muller has extensive leadership experience in healthcare, both on the delivery and payer side of the business. He is a serial investor/entrepreneur with a successful track record and over 15 years of venture capital experience in raising capital, leading/co-leading placements and advising/consulting with emerging companies. Dr. Muller has broad expertise in both the front-end and the back-end of healthcare delivery and is a proven innovator. His specialties include health plan medical management, healthcare technology innovation, personalized medicine, medical-legal malpractice, pharmaceutical/biotechnology pipeline/market access, medial utilization management, maritime medicine, and emergency medicine. |
